How do I book an appointment?

What is your cancellation and late policy?
Answer: If the salon is not notified that you will be late the appointment is automatically cancelled after 30min. More than 30 min Late $20 fee will be charged. / If the Salon is not notified 24 hours in advanced of cancellation and if no show occurs Deposit will be lost. Deposit is not refundable, but can be transferred towards your next appointment.

What are the store hours?
Answer: Monday 12:00pm-6:00pm
Tuesday-Saturday: 10:00am-6:00pm
Sunday: special request only

How do I book for hair and makeup for my bridal party?

Can I book an appointment after hours, on a day that's not a regular business day, and or holiday?
Yes we do take clients after hours (after 6 pm), on Sunday, and holidays Only on special request for an extra charge. The best way to do that is to walk-in, or send a request on our website.

How do I buy a wig?

Which wigs are available at your store?
In store you will find a mix of different textures and lengths. Most wigs in store are for sale. All wigs on display and textures that we do not have can be per-ordered in a specific length, lace, and wig cap size. Per-orders can be picked up in 1-2 weeks depending on the season.

What Kind of braiding hair should I get for my box braid appointment?
Preferred brands: X-pression Pre-stretched, RUWA Pre-stretched, BraidBabe Pre-stretched, or anything similar.

What is the difference between a frontal and a Top closure?
Frontal closure is a lace closure that goes from ear to ear that can be parted anywhere between.
Top Closure is a smaller lace closure that is usually 4x4, 5x5,and 6x6. The placement depends on if you would prefer a middle or a side part.

Which is better a wig or a weave?
What is better depends on your preferences. Our hair quality is the same we use the same bundles (weave) to make the wigs.
